Safety, Health, Environment and Quality

To run a safe and sustainable business you must do more than pay lip service to industry regulations. We invest time and resources to make health and safety a seamless aspect of every day operations and have committed to achieving a target of zero incidents.

All employees, subcontractors and visitors are vetted, wear PPE and undertake a safety briefing before being allowed on site. As a minimum, we insist our operatives hold CSCS/CPCS cards or are in training to achieve them.

Monthly internal audits are measured against stringent KPI's as a process of continual improvement. This information is used to develop training courses and tool-box talks and is communicated via regular SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) bulletins and newsletters issued to all employees and subcontractors.

We have complied with the British Standard for health and safety regulations since 2006 and have achieved the revised standard BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
