Surfacing

Westshield Surfacing has established an unparalleled reputation for delivering the highest standards of quality workmanship on a wide range of projects for utility, local authority, private and public sector clients.

Its commitment to delivering customer satisfaction has resulted in 100% client retention since inception.

In addition to CITB standards of training, all staff are accredited to lay HAPAS BBA materials (new SMA type materials i.e. Clause 942).

A full range of bituminous products can be administered, from thin pave surfacing to traditional HRA and Asphalt surfacing.

An extensive in house plant fleet consisting of modern paving machines, tractairs and rollers allows the team to undertake Client projects in a prompt and efficient manner.

Key facilities include:

  • Paving machines equipped with sensor control for accuracy when laying coated materials
  • Laser control options for more challenging projects such as tennis courts where the laying intolerance can be reduced to +/- 3mm
