The Rex is a refurbishment of the old cinema that is currently closed, our client has bought this property to reinstate the art décor of the 1920s.

Through this we have been appointed to do the plumbing throughout this large commercial project.

The Technical Aspect:

Installation of retrofit sanitary wear throughout all bathroom facilities over two floors for ladies and gents and the disabled. This includes soil & waste pipework.

Cleaners facilities

Installation of all required sanity wear which includes laundry services, cleaner sinks, and all associated pipework.

Hospitality area

Installation of pipework for the associated commercial appliances within these areas.
